You should read this even if you're a girl. C'mon; break the stereotype! Girls really do play video games. Video games are the future.

Contrast to what most people believes, the majority of gamers are not college dropouts, but commoners. The wii is allowing more family-friendly games to exist. Only years ago, fat slouches eating hot pockets dominated the network of gamedom. Now, moms and businessmen all sneak a wiimote here and there to minimize their stress and maximize their joy.

World of Warcraft unleashed itself to the audience in 1994. In 2001, the nintendo gamecube was released, a successor to nintendo's N64. The PS2 and the XBox offered entertainment only years before, satisfying millions of playors world wide with platform and 3 dimensional 1st player (fps) games. The gaming universe we have today is occupied by the Wii, the XBox 360 and the Sony PS3. With more ingeniouity and graphics than before, the audience range had also shifted. XBox Live and the WiiConnect24 are signs of the evolution. Games are now based upon connection and experience. XBox Live allows players to play against each other simultaneously across the nation. The wii allows you to interact with the game by moving your body. With Wii console is favorite because players of all ages can benefit from the invention.

Several decades ago, we thought that flying was something only birds can do. Likewise, with a whole dynamic gaming world around you, the future of gaming is sure to evolve. Last year, Sony has enveiled a new flexi-video screen that projects streaming video upon your glasses. With this technology, you can take your game station anywhere. Nintendo DSs, iPod Touches and PSPs are all favorite mediums because they are so portable, allowing you to play your game anywhere. People are also screaming for better graphics. Video games are an escape from the real world. Only with better graphics can one create a digital world to emerge us into.

Video games are also commonly used for education, as educators believe that video games can motivate children.

Video games are everywhere, on phones, music players, computers, consoles, etc. And now, companies are trying to make these games more accessible by allowing you to play any game on any screen by downloading the game from a database.

So there, video games are the future.
